Our Discovery

need to add...

female-einsteinTurn Key Blog Team has been in business since March 2015, and 2017 is knocking on our door just around the corner.  So much has happened.  So much has been learned.  Here I am, working on a new website, and I’m thinking “just get a home page and the ability to blog, then LAUNCH IT!”  I mean, “Do it now, do it now, do it NOW!”, right?  Quit yapping about it and just get the dang thing done already!  Sometimes, you just have to go make a mess before you really know what needs to be cleaned up, right?  Or is it perhaps wrong?

I just created our Search Box template for the top of posts which were the result of search engine queries.  So, I’m sitting here thinking, who am I to know all the answers?  Did I even talk to anyone about how to launch?  What am I – the next Alberta Einstein?  When did a deadline and putting everyone else first mean we come in last?

How to Really Launch?

Over a couple tabs on my internet browser, and to Google I go!

Off to see the Google, the wonderful Google of Oz.  A wiz, a wiz, a wiz he is, …. <<get the lyrics.  already found a photo >>

OMGoodness, my head is spinning.  I can see from the side of the post I’m reading that I have a really, really, really long way until I get to the bottom.  This research seemed like a good idea, and now I’m just flat overwhelmed.  Like the kind of a-truck-just-ran-me-over kind kind of flat feeling.  These are the types of details I discover that make me say, “Oops, looks like launch isn’t going to be tomorrow at midnight.  I have my work cut out for me if I really want this to go well.”

To heck with that idea!!!!  That’s what I say!!  Granted, their strategies are totally on the mark.  All I’m saying is this.  I want to catch my groove blogging.  I need to feel the wind in my hair, the rhythm of my keyboard clicking away as I type, and I just need to know that I am on the proper website domain when I do it!  (Currently, I’m writing this blog post on a demo domain far-far away from my cherished primary website URL, prying eyes, and roaming robots.)

I yearn to evolve our company website on our own while the whole world watches as we learn to fly and start to soar with outstretched wings on the wind of confidence and daily habits.  For now, it looks like we share our journey, and perhaps we blog about what it takes to make that one great starter post that just goes viral and makes our mark on the internet society to change how people build their own websites.

I’m exhausted thinking about all of these things that I am about to not do.  LOL.  My name isn’t Alberta, and I’m still learning as I go.  Here’s to the journey to be better and share how to tips and skills with you along the way.
